British Grand Prix – Whole house to rent. Our 3/4 Bedroom Character property, Linden Cottage, in Whittlebury is available as your home away from home when visiting the Silverstone. The house will sleep 6-8 people featuring a king-size bedroom with a large ensuite, a double room and a third bedroom with a sofabed. You will have full use of our Three reception rooms, a comfortable lounge (with Sky+), dining room seating up to 8 and the garden room. There is also a ‘man-cave’ which could be used for relaxing or conversion into a temporary bedroom (Inflatable mattress). The house also has a downstairs WC and small family bathroom with a shower. Our kitchen is for your use, it is fully stocked and if you wish to cook then you can help yourself to ‘store cupboard’ essentials within reason. There is an Additional bathroom and downstairs WC. The house has superfast WIFI broadband.

Outside we have parking for several vehicles, ample garden and a patio if you wish to eat or drink alfresco during your stay.

Whittlebury is the neighbouring village to Silverstone - it's circa 2 miles to the circuit from the house, even less cross-country on the footpaths! The village has a great local village pub, The Fox and Hounds - Roger and the team will provide a warm welcome if you venture down

The house is suitable for up to 6 people in the three bedrooms, but more (or alternatives) can be accommodated... Additional beds can be made up in Bedroom 4 or lounge/dining area.

Cost for weekend (Check in from Friday AM, Check out Monday AM) is £1000 for whole house

Parlour Cottage Self Catering accommodation near Silverstone

We can provide accommodation for up to 5 people in the Cottage on a Self catering basis, i.e. 2 people sharing each of the cottage’s two twin bedrooms with the option to add a further single divan bed in the largest bedrooms, for an extra person (or Child) ). Rentals can either be for two separate groups of 2 or 3 persons using one of the two bedrooms, or for a single group of 4 to 5 people renting the entire cottage.

What’s on offer at Parlour Cottage?:-
On the 1st floor Parlour Cottage provides two twin bedrooms (with an additional divan bed being added for a third adult(or child) when required), a shared bathroom/toilet with Bath/Shower completes the upstairs facilities . On the ground floor the Cottage offers a good sized communal lounge with Television, HiFi, books and games, leading through a hall way, with access to the front door, on into a separate dining room, furnished with a large farmhouse style dining table (seating 6). In addition a fully fitted kitchen c/w Electric Hob, Fan Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave oven, Toaster, Kettle, Washing machine, and fridge is available for Self Catering use.

(NB Bedding and Towels are provided, along with an adequate number and variety of plates, cups, bowls, cutlery, pots & pans etc)

What about “Man’s best friend”?:-
Although dogs are not allowed to stay at Parlour Cottage, Brackley Hatch Farm is also home to The HATCH boarding kennels and Cattery, where discounted accommodation for your pets (along with Grooming, and indeed Canine Hydrotherapy) is available during the period of your stay.

Set in well cared for countryside boarding woodland, Parlour Cottage is an integral part of Brackley Hatch Farm and benefits from off road parking, easy access to and from the A43 between Brackley and Silverstone, and is within easy travelling distance of Silverstone Circuit, Towcester racecourse, Blenheim Palace, Sulgrave Hall, the old Market towns of Buckingham and Banbury along with the shopping centre at Milton Keynes, the Historic City of Oxford and all those popular Cotswold villages, see our web site for more details and links to these and other places of local interest.

We have a large farm house in Lillingstone Dayrell, North Buckinghamshire just a mile from Silverstone Track as the crow flies.

We can offer Bed and Breakfast on a room by room basis or the whole house to one group.

The house can accommodate up to 8 people in; Three large double bedrooms and a bunk room, large family bathroom additionally there is a separate upstairs toilet and separate shower.  We do have blow up beds and camp beds for children if needed and these can be put in the double bedrooms.

Rates: Each double bedroom is £140 per room per night and the bunk room is £120 per room per night, children can stay in their parents room for a 50% discount (we have a minimum two night booking requirement).    

We have a large dining room which can seat up to 12 people, the kitchen breakfast room has a table which seats up to 6 where we will serve your full English Breakfast. There are two sitting rooms with 42 inch TV with BT Vision and Sky Sports package so that you can replay the days events at the circuit and wifi in all the bedrooms. We have a large garden, with trampoline, table football, table tennis and if the weather is good a heated outdoor swimming pool. There is a nice south facing patio where you can enjoy an evening drink and watch the sun go down.

There are several local pubs within five minutes of the house where you can eat your evening meal such as The Bull and Butcher at Akeley, The Queens Head in Chackmore and The Fox and Hounds in Whittlebury. If you are looking for alternative activities whilst you are with us there is Bicester Village, Althorpe House, Blenheim Palace, Oxford, Warwick Castle, Shakespeare's home in Stratford Upon Avon and much more.

The house has been refurbished recently and sleeps as standard 6 people but can accommodate up to 10 people if required.

We offer 2 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms a family bathroom and wet room as standard. An extra master bedroom with ensuite, double sofa bed and airbeds can be added to your booking if required.
