Welcome to Owl Barn Lodging in the heart of the beautiful Sussex countryside within walking distance of the historic Wey & Arun Canal. We are located near the famous A272 on the outskirts of Billingshurst village which has a Southern Railway station to London via Gatwick Airport and to the South Coast. In equally easy driving distance to Goodwood, Fontwell and Brooklands, we are ideally suited for the motor enthusiath's holiday.

Owl Barn Lodging offers a luxury bed and breakfast accommodation located in a stylish annex with privacy and independence. A large double bedroom leads into a spacious lounge area potentially offering accommodation for 2 more guests. This relaxing room comprises a TV, double sofa bed, bar biliards table, free Wifi as well as a complementary coffee and tea making facility. The en-suit light bathroom with shower has a heated towel rail, bathrobes and towels. Stairs from the Lodging lead to an enclosed sunny terrace separate from the main house.

An indulgent breakfast with a wide choice of locally sourced ingredients is served in the spacious dining of the main house or as a hamper breakfast in the Lodging or on the patio.

There is secure parking on the private driveway for cars and garage space for motorcycles on request.

Within 5 minutes drive are numerous country pubs such as The Wisborough, The Limeburners or Three Crowns as well as the Asian Restaurant 'So India'.

The owners are very happy to assist with transfers from Billingshurst train station or to Goodwood events on request.

2 single rooms in a very old cottage in Yapton, West Sussex. No mod cons, just home comforts.

Shared family bathroom and kitchen. Garden & courtyard with outside seating.

Room 1 - A basic but comfortable, cosy, cottagy single room with a single aspect

Room 2 - Recently decorated, a bright single room with a triple aspect

We have 2 large dogs that will make you welcome.

Yapton is ideally located for Goodwood events - 15 mins drive.

If you are travelling to the south coast on business, Littlehampton, Bognor, and Worthing are close by. The lovely medieval city of Arundel is a 6 min drive away with plenty of good cafes and restaurants. We are 5 mins drive from Climping beach and 10 mins from the South Downs......plenty of beautiful walks & good pubs.If you want to bring your dog to stay too, that is fine.

Travel to London from Barnham station (5 mins drive), 1hr 20mins direct line to Victoria. Free wireless is available. Garage parking for a motorbike and off road parking for a car. 2 x cycles available.

Your stay can be flexible: Room 1 - room only - £30 per night. Room 2 - room only - £30 per night. Breakfast - £10. Dog - £5 per night - bring his/her bed and food - sleeps downstairs. Evening meal - I am happy to rustle up supper if given notice - from £10.

Directly opposite the renowned Spread Eagle Hotel, this self-contained cottage is within short walking distance of local facilities including several pubs, pizzeria, restaurants, library, banks and the High Street as well as Cowdray Polo Park.
The cottage is a Grade 2 listed building which has undergone complete refurbishment, retaining several period features, is well-equipped, tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard. Eaglet Cottage is ideally located for horse race-goers at Goodwood which is only 10 minutes away.

Musgrove House B&B is located just to the east of Chichester, a Roman city famous for its magnificent Cathedral, and attractions such as the Pallant House Gallery and the Jazz Festival. We are a 10 minute direct walk to the city centre, and only about 15 minutes walk from the train station. Gatwick and Southampton airports are within 45 miles of Chichester for visitors from abroad.

We have 3 fantastic roooms, as well as off street parking for our guests. The rooms are all ensuite, all have kingsized beds, and one can be converted to a generous twin room as well. Rates start from £70.00 per night B&B for a room. Please check the website for details.

Our bed and breakfast is perfectly placed for Goodwood, being within 3 miles of the motor circuit where the Revival and Festival of Speed are held, and only 6 miles from the racecourse for Glorious Goodwood and other racing events.Chichester Festival Theatre with its many world famous shows is roughly a 15/20 minute walk from the house, and the surrounding area offers the South Downs National Park, beaches, castles, cathedrals, country houses, gardens and estates in the most beautiful settings. Nearby attractions include Fontwell Races, Fishbourne Roman Palace, West Dean Gardens, Weald and Downland Open Air museum, Arundel Castle, and Bosham, a picturesque village with a stunning mediaeval church where King Canute's daughter is supposedly buried.
